Overview

The GEMS (Generate Educate Mobilize Sustain) Toolbox is being developed to provide resources, information and tools needed by 4-H Agents to successfully manage volunteer programs. The Toolbox contains an introduction and 18 "drawers". The introduction contains a description of the GEMS Model and outlines the use of the toolbox. Each drawer in the toolbox contains a brief review of the literature and a collection of tools for use in coordinating, directing and managing programs in volunteer administration.
