4-H Camp Jobs

4-H Camp Jobs

Be a valued partner in the delivery of life‐changing experiences for the youth in our Commonwealth. Join the 4-H Camp team."

- Joey Barnard, Principal Specialist for Camping

Kentucky 4-H is the state's largest provider of residential summer camp, hosting more than 14,000 participants annually at four locations.  In addition to summer camp, the 4-H facilities offer environmental education, retreats, and weekend rental programs during the remaining months of the program year.  Our facilities include J.M. Feltner Memorial 4-H Camp, Lake Cumberland 4-H Center, North Central 4-H Camp, and West Kentucky 4-H Camp.

We are accepting applications for multiple positions at this time.  We seek highly motivated applicants who can provide exceptional customer service for our guests.  Previous 4-H experience is not required but all applicants should love working with youth in an outdoor setting, have well-developed communication skills, and be excited to learn, teach, and promote positive youth development.
